Execute an enterprise program and deliver value as the "fractional / interim chief data + analytics + AI officer": hire key players, build a team, create a portfolio of use cases and key projects, construct a technology infrastructure and workflow, deliver tangible business value validated by stakeholders. 4. Serve on board of directors or advisory board at private companies or non-profits; Coach startup founders on growth strategy, market, product design, organization, AI / ML roadmap.
