The OEOC is a nonprofit university-based outreach center. Since 1987, we have supported over 700 retiring business owners who need help planning for ownership succession. We also specialize in selling companies to employees. The OEOC is committed to working with local partners to deliver this support through presentations, one-on-one technical assistance, and free referrals to professional service providers if needed.
