Adult Day Health Center operated M-F, PT/OT/Speech therapy, social and rehabilitative needs, transportation to doctor appointments and the Day Center, prescription medications, medical equipment needs, home delivered meals, on-site clinic, physicians, therapists, Activity programming daily, continental breakfast and hot lunch provided M-F during day center hours, affordable housing options when a person can no longer remain in the home.
