At Orangetheory, workouts are geared toward keeping your heart rate up throughout a 60-minute series of interval exercises. There is a three-block rotation, each containing 12 stations of state-of-the-art equipment, including machines and free weights. The monitored workouts feature endurance exercises, strength training, and power building. We aim to help you increase your energy while burning calories. Orangetheory gym classes are instructed by knowledgeable and energetic trainers who are able to assess individual fitness levels.
