Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates is celebrating 38+ years of service to Greater Akron, helping youth with multiple barriers to success complete their education and successfully transition to employment or post-secondary education. JOG offers both in-school and out-of-school programming; including life skill development, workforce preparation, job placement assistance, leadership training, and career development events. Guest speakers and soft-training available upon request.

Jobs for Ohio's Graduates (JOG) offers a variety of programs aimed at helping youth transition to employment. JOG provides in-school and out-of-school programming that includes life skill development, workforce preparation, job placement assistance, and leadership training. The program additional programs connect participants 18+ with in-demand industries with employer partners such as healthcare and manufacturing workforce opportunities through comprehensive professional training and job placement assistance. JOG focuses on emerging career fields and in-demand industries, helping participants develop skills necessary for success in these sectors.
