Trailhead Community Health Foundation of Greater Akron is an independent nonprofit dedicated to improving community health across the Greater Akron area through strategic grants, collaborative partnerships, and targeted initiatives. As one of the largest grant-making foundations in Northeast Ohio, Trailhead Community Health Foundation of Greater Akron will invest in expanding access to healthcare and driving long-term improvements in Summit, Medina, Portage, Stark, and Wayne counties.
